Entrance
This is the place where we got on the wall. Everyone else seems to be going up the other side.

At the bottom
This is me at the bottom. So full of energy. I even still have my glasses on.

Scatman
This is Scatman in a sort of widening of the wall. I think it's a guard station like in Mulan.

Great Wall
This is a picture from closer to the bottom. I kinda went apeshit with Great Wall pictures.

Scatman
Scatman on the Wall. These are an example of the steep-ass steps we had to climb.

On the Wall
Me on the wall. You can't see the section I just climbed because it's so damn steep.

Cable Cars
These cable cars took people up to the top of the wall and back. Scatman wouldn't let me ride down.

From the top
This is a shot from the top. We started from the bottom of the valley. Didn't try the other side.

Antenna
More foliage. Some kind of antenna. The floor of this valley is where we walked from.

Dark Clouds
This is the shot I took of dark clouds. I don't know what that earlier one was.

Too far
This is a picture of the next leg of the wall we didn't go down. Snack stand in the foreground.

Rain maybe?
There were some dark clouds there. Maybe I was trying to get a picture of that.

Great Wall?
I think the Great Wall is on one of those hills. It's hard to tell what I was looking at.

Foliage
This should have been a good picture of fall colors. The rain made most of these pictures screwy.

Great Wall
Here's a view partway up the section of wall we climbed. I think that's the back of Scatman's head.

KFC toilets
Most places have squatters (holes in the ground). KFC has porcelain squatters.

Some Church
This is a Christian church. I don't know if it's famous or anything. It looked photo worthy.

Electric Bus
The buses there run off electricity from wires overhead. This guy is getting his bus back online.

Ped Bridge
This is taken off of a pedestrian walkway over a road. You can't see the skyline through the smog.

Nicol
This is Nicol and his mom. His mom runs the store, and Nicol sells Magic. This is the whole shop.

Magic Shop
This is the store where I played Magic while Scatman was at work.

Alley
This is Scatman's alley. On the right, you can see where the old guys sit all day and play chess.

Ghost street
This is ghost street. It's called that because the stores and restaurants stay open late.

Weird statues
Here are some statues of little kids pulling up a raddish. They're kind of creepy.

Market
The same market. I was trying to show the city all around it.

This is the open air market where I bought a bunch of souvenirs. Scatman's a great barterer.
